The Versatile and Navigator classrooms. Where active learning is encouraged. School readiness skills are key to successful learning.
In our 4–5-Year-Old Program, students are challenged in a caring and loving environment that prepares them intellectually, physically, artistically, emotionally, and socially for kindergarten.
Our theme-based approach to the emergent curriculum helps preschool students build skills in numbers, letters, colors, shapes, writing, spelling, math, science, counting, language development, phonics, reading, and computer use. At the end of each month, students are observed, tested, and assessed to determine their level of development, which is documented for periodic parent conferences. The center provides an Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) for small groups of students experiencing early learning difficulties.
Our prekindergarten curriculum focuses on fundamental skill development that fosters self-awareness, independence, and positive social skills to increase children’s ability to participate in a group setting. This takes place in a warm, safe, supportive environment with a balance of structured activities and free play indoors and outdoors. Children are introduced to art through hands-on, open-ended crafts designed to allow for exploration and creativity.
